TO THE FRIENDS OF THE "HOME HUNTERS":
I am pleased to be writing this letter which will be included in a package of material being provided by The "Home Hunters" and on behalf of Grant and Steve Hunter.
Through my office, I have been fortunate enough to be offered the opportunity to represent hundreds of their clients either in the sale and/or purchase of their respective homes, recreation properties or investment properties. This provides a special opportunity to review all aspects of these purchases or sales. It is my experience that by the time I have contact with the Hunter's clients they have already received valuable and comprehensive information from the Hunters. Occasionally, I am called upon to review and explain anything that may be unusual or unique to a particular purchase and/or sale.
It is my practice to meet personally with my clients and review thoroughly all of the documents or "paper" in relation to your real estate transaction. We continually strive to provide the best service possible to our clients and I rely heavily upon my assistants who are themselves experienced and intricately familiar with all aspects of either a purchase, a sale or a refinance of an existing property. My assistants work closely with all of my clients and are primarily responsible to prepare all of the documentation that you will ultimately be signing at our meeting.
When meeting with clients, I make every effort to be as thorough as possible, my objective being that by the time our meeting has concluded, you have no further questions or concerns about either your sale or purchase. If any concerns or challenges arise during your transaction or at closing, rest assured my staff and I will represent you to the best of our abilities.
When meeting with my clients, I also attempt to discuss other legal matters that may be relevant to your particular situation. For example, it is often the case that our clients may not have thought about ensuring all of their personal affairs are in order. I often ask the question as to whether a client has a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and/or Personal Directive. Many clients find it uncomfortable to be dealing with these types of personal planning documents, however I attempt to impress upon them the consequences that may arise should there be an untimely illness or death. The completion of the sale and/or purchase of a property is often the only time you may be dealing with a lawyer and this then gives me the opportunity to review these things with you.
In closing, I welcome the opportunity to assist in what obviously is a significant event, being either the purchase or sale of a property or, more often, the sale of one property and the purchase of a replacement property. I encourage all clients to feel free to contact me directly as I want to be personally satisfied that you understand all of the "legalities" of any such sale and purchase.
Good luck in your "real estate adventures" and I have no hesitation whatsoever to say that you are "in good hands" with The "Home Hunters", Grant and Steve Hunter.
Wishing you all the very best,
Larry D. Revitt
