Both born and raised in Calgary, Grant & Steve boast over 77 years of Calgary living!

Grant has been working in sales in Calgary for the past 34 years; first as a Sales Manager at Maclin Ford and as a Real Estate Agent for 25 years. As a member of The “Home Hunters” with his father Bill, Grant consistently achieved recognition as one of Sutton Group’s and Calgary Real Estate Board’s top real estate professionals and has obtained status in the prestigious MLS Million Dollar Club for 27 consecutive years! Grant is a Sutton Group Relocation Specialist and helps clients with the challenges faced during long distance home buying and selling. Grant has a wealth of knowledge about Calgary and years of experience working in one of Canada’s hottest real estate markets. He is dedicated and focused on making his client’s real estate experience a positive, rewarding and financially satisfying one. Grant’s great negotiating skills will see that clients are represented fully in each transaction.

Steve, a graduate of the Mount Royal University Business Marketing Program, joined The “Home Hunters” team in the fall of 2008 as a THIRD generation of Hunters marketing real estate in Calgary. His first three years working in real estate have allowed him to experience a wide range of situations arising from each individual scenario when working with clients. Steve has been very successful in his real estate career so far, and has consecutively obtained the MLS® Million Dollar Club for his first two years in the business and has continued to be a top agent in the Calgary market since the MLS Million Dollar Club was discontinued by the Calgary Real Estate Board in 2010. Steve excels in the use of the latest technology to analyze and understand current market conditions. Plus, Steve’s enthusiasm and excitement helps make each and every real estate transaction a pleasurable one for both buyers and sellers.

Also part of The "Home Hunter" team is Cathie Hunter, Grant’s wife. Cathie has worked for The "Home Hunters" for the past 19 years. She provides the administrative support to ensure that all clients receive the best service possible. Cathie helps to set up client profiles, buyer packages, book showings, prepare feature sheets and assists Grant & Steve with all facets of the business.
